State Mandated Fees

• Protesting a bill or note for non-acceptance or non-payment, register and seal – $10.00
• Each notice of protest – $1.00
• Protesting in all other cases – $4.00
• Certificate and seal to a protest – $4.00
• Taking the acknowledgement or proof of any deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, not including a certificate and seal:
  • for the first signature – $10.00
  • for each additional signature – $1.00
• Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal – $10.00
• All certificates under seal not otherwise provided for – $10.00
• All notarial acts not provided for $10.00

Mobile Notary Fees

• Notary Appointment (During regular working hours M – F 9am-4pm) – $30.00
• After Hours Appointment (5pm-9pm, 6am-9am, Weekends) – $40.00
• Late Night or Emergency Appointment (9pm-6am) – $80.00
• Mileage – $1.25 per mile

Special Documents

• Power of Attorney – $100.00
• Deeds of Trust, Living Trust – $100.00
• Last Will and Testament (self-proving affidavits, not the will itself) – $100.00
